Is flossing important to keep a beautiful smile?

It is recommended that you floss at least once a day. Regular brushing can’t completely remove the food residuals in between our teeth which is why making flossing as a regular habit can definitely ward off tooth decay. Brushing is a great start to ward off those ugly cavities, but it is not enough prevention.
It is important to keep your teeth clean so you could keep your beautiful smile. Brush after every meal and floss at least once a day. If you can only floss once a day, make sure to do it at night so you could sleep without the food residuals rotting in between your teeth. You may notice that tooth decay starts in between the teeth. This is because of these food residuals that stay there even after brushing. As hours pass, these residuals break down and turn into acids that rot the teeth.

It is also recommended to use a mouthwash. Brushing can clean teeth but can not eliminate all the germs living inside your mouth. So, the best way to keep your beautiful smile is to use a mouthwash then brush your teeth and floss at least once a day.
